The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere during my stay. The delightful sounds from the creek enhance the experience of soaking in the beautiful hot springs.

The wet areas require significant improvements for safety, including better signage and maintenance. The initial check-in process felt disorganized and added unnecessary stress to my arrival.

i was practically horrified to find the cabin wasn’t even clean, dog hair everywhere and the bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed, yuck. not to mention, the indoor hot springs were way too crowded, and i didn’t see anyone proactively managing my comfort. thought a complimentary breakfast would be included, but i was sorely mistaken. just couldn’t give it a good review.

the welcoming staff made us feel like royalty, and the included breakfast was surprisingly delicious! the indoor hot spring bath felt like a hidden gem , perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring by the beautiful river.

Check-in felt disorganized, with the receptionist struggling to locate my reservation. The cabin cleanliness raised questions, highlighted by a full kitchen garbage. The outdoor pool was too cold for swimming, diminishing its appeal, while the indoor area felt cramped with loud guests which might not suit everyone’s taste.

We absolutely loved soaking in the springs after a long day of exploring. It was perfect for our family with my boyfriend too!

My kids wished there were more clean amenities available nearby.

This was a great fit for a trip in Lolo Hot Springs with reasonable value. I loved soaking in the hot springs at night while enjoying the beautiful scenery all around. If you prefer a quieter stay, try to book during the week.

I loved soaking in the hot springs at night, immersed in the fine, tranquil atmosphere! The charming Beautiful Cabin melted my heart, especially with the serene creek sounds lulling me to sleep. Plus, we enjoyed a delicious dinner, and those check-in coupons were a good surprise!

The hot springs were fantastic, with the indoor pool around 106 degrees being the highlight of our stay. The rustic and quaint campus had a nice charm, but the wet areas need improvements for safety and aesthetics, such as better signage and railings. Overall, we enjoyed the soaking experience, but the cabins could definitely use a deep clean and some maintenance before we consider returning for an overnight stay.
